I started back in March with this I entered into that phase in July starting in October I had not received my computer my fiance brought me one for Sweetest day. So I canceled the order because I had not received my computer and requested my money back. They have withdrawn over $900.00 dollars back and they are telling me that it is non refundable. Re: Lay-a-ways
This is apparently a scam. You should find out who the registered agent is for this company from the State Corporation Commission (SCC) and then sue them in small claims court for the return of your scammed funds. (You would serve the registered agent or other person designated to accept service of process for the company with the lawsuit papers.)
