I signed a lease for office space and want to cancel. What are my rights? Thanks

Regarding your right to cancel this particular lease for commercial office space, you need to look no further than this lease itself to determine whether you may have such a right.
And, if you fail to find such a right spelled out in the terms of this particular lease, you can pretty much forget it, because it most likely means that there isn't one.
