leaving my employer
I have just put in my two week notice with my current employer he claims he doesn't have to continue to pay me commission is that True? and doesn't he have to pay me all past due commissions by the end of my employement?

All commissions due an employee should be paid when earned (or shortly thereafter). And, in the case of an employee terminating employment with a particular employer, if not by the date of termination, then shortly thereafter.
