Llc
I own a Real Estate LLC for R.E. sales. I'm planning on adding a division of Home Services like cleaning and maintenance services. Can I just add this division to my existing LLC? Or do I have to create a new one?

You can do it unless the articles of organization or operating agreement prohibit it. Whether it makes sense to use the same or a different entity is another question that will depend on the circumstances.

If when the llc is formed the purpose is stated to not include this additional division it may need to be amended. However I suggest that you consult with an attorney directly to review whether, for practical, accounting, tax purposes, it is beneficial to set up a different llc.
