Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I loaned $30,000 to a company. i received a note signed by an officer of the company. the company made payments totaling $6000. they stopped making payments several months ago. i contacted them and they refuse to make any more payments on the note. how do i collect?

You will need to sue this company in circuit court for $24K + interest + any other recoverable costs.
