Hi, im meeting with some potential business partners and their business attorney later today. I was wondering: what questions should I ask their attorney?

the meeting until you can do so).

And, yes, of course, this lawyer should be appropriately experienced
and skilled at least in the general law as it relates to business and the
formation of business entities if not the specifics of your particular business
enterprise.
