Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I am in the middle of a divorce and am also starting a new business. Is there a way that I can keep my newly obtained profits from my soon to be ex-wifes grips, legally? If not what other options do I have in this regard...?

Any attorney will say, normally once a legal separation occurs, anything that happens after this date is your separate property - at least that's the situation here in California. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
