Non compete clause
If a corporation has an agreement with an agent of their company in the sale of specialized equipment and the corporation does not renew the agent's agreement, is the non-compete clause valid?

Maybe not, but a lawyer conversant with this particular area of Virginia law should review the agreement in order to provide a more definitive answer.
