Non-payment
I own a small equipment rental co. a client won't pay I am taking him to court can I also claim for lost wages for the day in court? I work a regular full time job and do business on weekends but will lost my wages at my regular job when we go to court, don't know if I can add the cost of my lost wages from the day in court?

No, I do not believe that the court will allow you
recovery for wages lost in prosecuting your claim.
