Operating agreement
I am forming an L.L.P. with one other partner. I am putting up all the money for this endevor including the initial investment and keeping the business afloat until we can start billing clients. (3-6 months) My partner in a valuable asset because of his knowledge and experience. At what percentage should I be considered invested in the operating agreement?

Obviously, the most favorable percentage which you can get your valuable partner and asset to agree to.
