Ownership change
We have 2 owners in our LLC if one owner relinquishes all interest in the company in writting do we still have to change our EIN # and our name??

Re: Ownership change
A change in name or number of those who own membership interests in an llc does not trigger a change in EIN or a change in the name of the entity.
