Panhandling
I need to know if there is a legal letter that I can use to ban a customer from my store premesis. This customer is contantly panhandling and bother my other customers on a daily basis.

Have you tried calling the cops? Many jurisdictions have laws in the books that outlaw panhandling. If not, call them anyway, your vagrant is probably trespassing.

Post a no loitering or panhandling notice in accordance with your local ordinance.
