partnership breakup
i was just kicked out of a partnership (one made with an oral agreement) and want to sue to get my percentage of the company. the partner that kicked me out has since ''sold'' the company to a new owner. can i sue the old partner and the new owner of the company. when i was kicked out i was not kicked out by a majority of the four partners. it was only one partners decision.

If you can establish a partnership, you may be entitled to an accounting and an award of the value of your interest, among other relief. It depends on the facts.
Re: partnership breakup
A general partnership is the worst form of organization for an entity; however, these structures offer the best means of punitive damages against the partner who breaches his fiduciary responsibilities to the remaining partners. Indeed, we need to review the facts from your case to analyze whether there was a breach of your partner's fiduciary responsibilities toward you. 703-926-6985.
