payroll direct deposit
I worked a couple days on salary and decided job was not what was
promised so i called and resigned.
they made three direct deposits
and now they want it back. what is my liability

Three direct deposits for what, the salary you earned or something beyond that which had yet to be earned? If the latter, whatever exceeds what you actually earned should be returned.
