Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

What should I do if my previous employer went out of business and does not pay me? Also got bit by a dog on the job, and nothing was ever done about my hospital bill.

Having apparently failed to pursue your claims in a timely fashion, you're probably now out of luck on both counts (my opinion).
