Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Can a public resort which allows golf carts and bicycles on it's property prevent a business not on it's property from renting golf carts and bikes to guests to take on the resort?

No, not from renting these items offsite to whomever, but it can probably restrict them from being taken onto the resort property.
