Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
My question is if I live in Europe and thinking to open dental practice in US, first of all is it possible? I am a dentist in European country so I don't have a license for procticing in US. But I have money to purchase dental office, equipment and hire dentist and employes. Question is what documents do I need (green card or I don't need one) and what reqiariements for this kind bussiness. Thank you very much.

Besides a green card (or an equivalent), you need to look into the process for obtaining a dental license, which varies state-by-state. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
