Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
railroad
i am a veteran owned small business-have done business w/railroad-only get what no one else can do-now they dont even want me around-I follow their on line rules-no pay offs and entrertaining -so I have been forced out-could get 20 references from past work I have done with them.they have even over payed me over $400.000 which I did not deserve-I returned it. I am 61 and getting tired of being pushed around by management. On their website they say they go out of there way to deal with small business-also they hire veterans-but have no programs for veteran owned businesses.have I got a case. Mike

Re: railroad
Probably not, but more information would be needed in order to give a more definitive answer, addressing in particular the kind of case that you may have in mind, which, unfortunately, is not at all clear from your question.
