Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I recently entered into a contract with a company that mislead my business and I need out. I signed a four year contract, but throughout the contract they mispelled my name and business name. The contract also states they could debit the account indicated on the check that I presented, but I never presented that information. Do I have a leg to stand on?
