Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Registration of Judgement in Virginia
I have a company in Virginia that owes our company money. There is a contract between the companies and the contract calls for Nebraska law. If I sue and previail, would it be better to sue in Nebraska and register the Judgement in Virgina or sue in Virginia?

Re: Registration of Judgement in Virginia
Either way should work. You may want to look at which state has higher rates of interest on judgments and who has a faster process.
