Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Release of personnel records
I would like to get a copy of my personnel records maintained at a company that bought out my past employer. They have told me I can not get copies of the records, I can only view them. Is there a law in which I can get copies and or view my records at a more convenient location as the records are in Virginia and I am in Florida.

Send a copy service and have them copy everything.
