Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Reposession?
I am suppossed to be paying on my truck, but I haven't made a payment since June of '07. (due to a situation I had no control over) The car company has not attempted to reposses the vehicle that I know of. What can happen if I continue to drive the vehicle?

Re: Reposession?
If you're still the legal owner and in rightful possession off this vehicle, then nothing at all(in terms of adverse forces being brought to bear upon your person or vehicle merely for operating it)--but I would, nonetheless, counsel that it would be prudent for you to make a payment and to get respectfully caught up on this delinquent vehicle loan ASAP.
