Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Responsibility for debt of company...
I was a contractor for a company and was being billed for phone lines that were routed to me and their respective phone book ads. Can the company still hold me responsible for these lines/ads even though they aren't in my name and I never signed an agreement to be responsible for them?
