Returning leased equipment
Rented a piece of equipment to get weather radar. 3 year contract signed by employee leaving business. We sent equipment back and it was recieved. Now company wants their money. Do we have to honor the contract.

Hard to say without actually reviewing the terms of the contract, but if the
departing employee was authorized to sign for the business, the business likely owes whatever is due under the contract.
