Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

As a sales consultant I am paid commission, and my commission is based on how much revenue I bring in. I take intermittent FMLA days due to a number of chronic health conditions. My question is this. Is it legal for my employer not to adjust my revenue goal for me to make comission to calculate my FMLA days for which I was not able to bring in revenue?

Yes, quite legal, I would think, unless you're working under the protection of a contract which would require your employer to make this particular adjustment in your revenue goal.
