Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I have to be at the shop by 6 in the morning but do not get paid till 6:30. When at the job site we can not leave till 5 and we do not arrive to the shop till 6 and sometimes 8 in the company truck. Key factors I am a passenger so I only get paid ten hours not the 12 that I am involved in the company. Should I be getting paid here in Virginia?

It sounds like your employer is not following wage and hour labor laws. Contact your local labor or employment department to run this situation by them. After that, consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
