Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Our situation is complicated, business & real estate, family owned. 2 brothers & I are equal owners of a business. The property is owned equally between us and another faction of the same family.
One brother & I want to somehow liquidate the business as well as the property. Regarding the business, what are our options? As for the real estate ? The business is a corporation. My brother & I want out and want to settle all assets as soon as possible.

If the business is a corporation, there should be bylaws as to how
the assets can be liquidated and the corporation dissolved which should be followed in order to achieve your stated objectives.
