standing to bring a suit.
Stolen money used to buy a business. Business goes bad , not because of any illegal doings. Does person who used stolen money to buy part of business have standing to bring suit .

Much more information is needed. Who is the "stealer" suing? What are the grounds for the suit? Where is the victim of the theft in all this?
