What is the statute of limitations for suing a partner in a LLC?

Would likely depend upon the underlying legal basis for the lawsuit,
e.g., fraud/misrepresentation, embezzlement or other misappropriation of company funds, breach of contract, destruction of property, etc., and not merely because the defendant is a partner in the LLC.
