Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I submitted a down payment for daycare on a friday and had to cancel the daycare service the same day. The daycare provider had already cashed the check i provided on that same day and now is refusing to refund me my money. Is the daycare provider allowed to keep my money? My child never went to the daycare for the establishment to keep it for unused day care services.

So, make written request of this provider for a full refund and
if such is not forthcoming, then file your case in small claims
court against this recalcitrant daycare provider.
