Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

The Second Time Around

When a customer claims that they did not receive work that they really received, is there a way to bring a legal action to ensure that it is given to them a second time?

Re: The Second Time Around

Hi, I answered your question the first time around (in Intellectual Property catagory) and asked you to please clarify and resubmit. Unfortunately, you did not clarify, and we do not understand what you are asking.

What WORK? How are you trying to send it (paper mail, electronically)? Why do you think the customer received the work and denies it?

Try again.

Re: The Second Time Around

I don't understand the question. Are you saying the job was not finished? Are you seeking money for work that you can prove was done? Why does it need to be "given a second time" and what kind of "work" are we talking about?
