Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Getting a Vendor to Refund/Credit for Defective Items
Hello:
I own and run a small internet-only business. I have only one (big) vendor and it is doing well. I have returned over $2,000.00 worth of defective items since march of this year. I have yet to receive credit for them. No one will answer my emails regarding this. I just don't know what to do. I don't know what is going on!

Re: Getting a Vendor to Refund/Credit for Defective Items
It occurs to me that your emails to the vendor simply may be lost in cyberspace. Perhaps they have changed email addresses, or you have an out of date email address. Have you tried phoning them or sending snail-mail? Try to reach them by another means before taking legal action. If that doesn't work, then you should consult an attorney.
