Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

virginia contract law

if I sign an agreement on behalf of a legally formed LLC to order advertising services, the company goes under but in very tiny print there is language that sez the signator is a guarantor, is that legally binding when it was never discussed and the agreement specifically names the LLC as the party to the contract??

Re: virginia contract law

Ye, it could be "legally binding", but you might want an attorney to review this contract along with the relevant facts concerning the issue to determine the contract's enforceability.
