Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Need to know if Virginia has a law that states before a self storage unit can be auctioned there must be a minimum amount of bidders signed up at facility

Apparently not. (See Va. Code Sec. 55-419 which governs the auction/public sale of such units and which says nothing about such a requirement.)
