In virginia, on a private camp ground i was issued a fine and had 15 days to respond. in va. can they use sat and sun as date to count the 15 days.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Fifteen days is usually considered 15 calendar days, so Sat and Sun would count. Fifteen business days, on the other hand, would not count Sat, Sun or legal holidays. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
