Warrant In Debt Question
Can two names be given for a defendants name when filing for a warrant in debt?
If so, can they be noted through the same form or does it require two filing fees?

Re: Warrant In Debt Question
Yes, two defendants can be named on the same warrant
in debt, but the filing fee for two in the local general district court will probably be around twenty dollars or so more than the current filing fee for one.
