Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

Warranty Limitation on Computer purchased

I've owned my Compaq Presario for 1 year and had a free warranty for that time. The warranty basically covers Free Parts and Carry-in Labor for 1 year. Compaq would like me to purchase an extended warranty. Compaq's warranty says, "Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. In such states, the limitations or exclusions of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion in incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, the exclusion or limitation of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state. You are advised to consult applicable state laws for a full determination of your rights.

I would like to know if I already have more Warranty "rights" (than what are stated in the rest of the warranty paperwork) by virtue of being a citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
