Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
If I work at a company in a position that put me on contact with clients which they may complain about me as the head of the company ( not the owner) and may sue me for any reason. How do I protect myself as I am not doing anything illegal but don't want to go through any confrontations. It seems that lately that client have been doing things like this. How am I protected? If the business is not mine and I am just doing my job to the best of my ability and I get sued abused in any way or people take revenge on my property ( car) How protected am I?

Your preoccupation with being sued as company CEO, particularly, if the
company is an "INC.", seems unwarranted and entirely speculative, and, furthermore, without realistic basis in view of your claim that you "are not doing anything illegal".
I would suggest that concentrate your energies on your job rather than being sued by some disgruntled client, but if a real situation does arise where your concern is legitimate, then take it up with the company's legal adviser or in-house counsel(if there be such).
