Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I work for a Contractor in Virginia who deducts $30/week from his employees paychecks to reimburse himself for the money he had to pay out for workmans comp for his company. Is that legel and who do i inform and how do i get that money back if it is illegal?

Report the matter to the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission
in Richmond and you could also file a complaint with the Labor/Employment
Division of the Virginia Department of Labor & Industry (VDLI).
