Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Nobody should HAVE to work 7 days a week! Can you sue a company for wrongful termination if you get fired for refusing to work 80 hrs a week? My fiance' works out of town as a towerhand worker, he not capped on overtime but he has worked 84 this past week. He is wore out! He isn't given a an option it's either you do it or you get fired.
