Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

I worked for a company three or four years ago. They still have my name on the website despite my two requests to take it off. My first request was a year and a half ago and my second request was within the past week. My name and information is still on their website and is being used to promote the business. What should I do? Thanks!

As a Franchise Attorney I think your best course of action is to seek legal counsel to both (a) write a cease and desist demand letter; and (b) consider legal action against them for the business they've generated using your name. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
