I'm writing a techical manual and I have a glossary included. Do I have tell were I get all the term form.

Yes, I would think so if these glossary terms represent intellectual property that has been duly copyrighted and therefore are not considered in the "public domain" and free to use by anyone without proper attribution (and, perhaps, payment).
