Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

in 2004 i got caught driving on a suspended lisence i was on probation at the time so i told my po about it went to court the judge gave me 30 days and suspened it all so no jail time and that was in feb, so later on in june she violated me saying that i tested positive for cocaine in my system plus she added the driving charge that i had already got time for so my lawyer writes me and tells me that my test was negative so when i go to court the judge gives me time for the driving on the suspended lisence charge again so is there any thing that i can do now or is it to late since it happened in 2004
