Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Abandoned House that is Full of Junk
There is an abandoned house next door to my property that has been abandoned(unoccupied) for over 12 years. One of my neighbors is using it to stockpile all sorts of junk. I can not get any help for local officials. What civil recourse do I have to force the clean up of this property( which is devaluing my property)?

Re: Abandoned House that is Full of Junk
You could file a case in your local general district court for what's called the abatement of a private nuisance (or something similar).
