Re: african american voting
African-Americans have the right to vote, period. As recently as 40 years ago blacks who tried to vote faced threats, intimidation, even lynchings. Even today there are still places where blacks are discouraged from voting. But this is illegal. If you become aware of any such practices, contact the NAACP or ACLU.
