Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
Arrested for 1st Offense Misdemenaor
I was arrested for violating a No Contact Order, a first offense stalking and assault and battery charge. I was not read my rights and the signature on the warrents was not mine, is there any thing legally I can do about this?

Sure, get yourself an experienced and knowledgeable criminal defense counsel.
The items which you've mentioned are what the law might call de minimis defects in the procedural aspects of your case, and it is unlikely that they will affect the substantive merits of the Commonwealth's charges against you.
