Asult on a police officer
If I were sprayed in the face with a riot control agent in the state of virginia, and had broken a police officers leg, after being sprayed, do you think my case could be dismissed in court?

A miracle worker of a lawyer could, in theory, convince a jury that you could have been blinded and/or disoriented by the spray and you were therefore incapable of having the required criminal intent. But Johnnie Cochran is dead. And so is the notion that your case could be dismissed without going to trial.
