Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
My bank gave out our account information to my father-in-law who was adding money to our account for Christmas. He is NOT on the account but they told him how much was in our checking account. I am furious, embarrassed, and shocked. This is against the law and they admitted that when I called. What if any legal actions can I take?
