Bed Bugs
Can you sue an apartment complex if you have bed bugs and you have got bitten so many times that you break out in hives and your lips swell up.
I have pic and i have been to the doctor at least 10 times.

Sure, you could sue, but could you establish a chain of causality and proximate cause nexus between these persistent bed bugs and the alleged liability of the landlord for their continued presence in your bed?
In other words, Sir or Madam, what have you done in the interim to effectively remove these abominable little critters from your bed clothes and immediate environs(if anything)?
If your answers be in the negative(more or less), so would likely be the outcome of your lawsuit(in my opinion).
