Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia
bond
My boyfriend has been revoked on two bonds on the same charge after i have payed out money to these bondsman. Do they have to give my money back if my boyfriend has had no new charges and no reason to be revoked and if yes how can i go about getting the money back.

If the defendant for whom the bond was posted is now back in jail(for whatever reason), the bond that was paid in his behalf should now be returnable to you (minus the bondman's fee).
Start with the clerk of the court(criminal division) which has jurisdiction over the case to determine what now needs to be done to make it happen.
